The Haagse Aak is a beautiful, historic sailing houseboat of 21.5m x 3.66m, one of the first steel motor ships in the Netherlands from 1893 and converted to sailing houseboat in the 1950s. She has not changed since then. All windows are double-glazed. Above the waterline the Haagse Aak was painted in the Summer of 2020 and the interior of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with open kitchen, the wheelhouse and the bathroom were renewed.
Engineering: Engine DAF 575 (110HP) with air compressor 1x Victron Multiplus 5000 (2021) 1x AES installation 1x Marifoon installation 4 250AH 12v AMG Batteries (renewed in 2021) 2 pcs 300Wp solar panels a hydrophore installation 1000l (renewed in 2020) 2 500l drinking water tanks, 2 250l diesel tanks, a pump toilet1x WC grinder (renewed in 2020), 2 hydrolic spud palls, Diesel heating, Pellet stove (installed 2019), Gas stove, electric stove, an additional gas connection, Sewer connection with gray water tank and pump, 15kva generator, bilge pump, electric water heater (new 2023) and drain pump for shower. The central heating system is currently not connected.
