Unique steel spitsgatter with exceptional interior space. Inside layout: The ship is equipped with a spacious toilet room on port side with underwater toilet. In the front a very spacious double bed of > 2.00 - 2.30 m long > 2.20 m wide. A hanging/laying cupboard on starboard completes it. The forward cabin is equipped with a hinged escape hatch with window (tempered glass renewed 2021). The headroom here is somewhat limited; about 1.70 m On the 'bridge' is on port side the steering position. The aluminum dashboard is equipped with all necessary gauges and switches. The Bluetooth stereo system can be found on the starboard side. The two benches on both sides of the ship offer good views to both sides while sailing and of course in port. Here is headroom of approximately 1.90. Under the floor is the engine room. In it is the BMC Thornycroft engine, which had an extensive service in 2021, including replacing the necessary filters. Further aft one finds on port side a wide worktop with sink and running water. To starboard the other part of the galley with the three-burner gas stove, gas hose and pressure gauge, all new in 2021. Here is also space to store provisions. Here too, headroom of approximately 1.85 m. And then the exceptionally spacious round seating for ships of this size. Here you can easily eat or drink with 6 people. The windows, fitted with sunscreen, give a good view outside, without being able to see in from outside. Very nice for the privacy. The table can be lowered here and with the (in 2021 newly upholstered) extra cushions transformed into another very spacious 2-person bed. The lying position is here in the width and that varies from 1.90 -2.40 m and has a width of 1.65 m. Under the benches is very much storage space where the anchor, fenders, mooring ropes, safety equipment etc. all have their place. She boat is equipped on both sides with boat sails with window (new in 2019). Outside layout: On the foredeck there is room for the anchor and for recreation. The roof of the aft cabin is extremely suitable for outdoor recreation. Due to the steel railing, a spacious sun deck is available. In addition, there is another large space available on top of the roof of the main cabin, where it is very good to relax. On the deck are the filler caps for water and diesel. Equipment inside: There is a VHF radio available (new 2020) but needs to be connected. On starboard the characteristic copper ship instruments of the brand Inproco: Barometer, Hygrometer & Thermometer. In addition to the Bluetooth stereo system already mentioned, the ship is equipped with two stereo speakers for full sound. The fuel gauge was renewed in 2021. Furthermore, lighting is present throughout the ship on the ceiling; all working. A small fridge on 220 V or 12V is standard. Equipment outside: Folding flagpole with radar reflector. Navigation lights, horn and windscreen wipers; all working of course. Dutch flag and flagstaff. 6 hanging fenders and 2 dolphins (new 2020). Pole anchor. Life buoy with rail holder. Ample mooring lines; most from 2020. Zeereling at the front of the ship and handrails on the decks. Description: By not saving on material during construction, the sturdy construction and round bilge shape can be called unique. Due to the good care of the previous owner and of course us the ship is in excellent condition. Especially in the last period both owners have done a lot of work and invested a lot of money in the boat. The keel is reinforced, the ship is equipped with stabilizer fins and equipped with ballast bags to ensure a stable ride. State of repair: Technically in order. The ship can use a paint job. Underwater ship is in June 2022 partly new in the anti-fouling put.
