The Pioneer 930 has a length of 9.30 meters, a width of 2.95 meters and a draft of 1.55 meters. With a headroom of 11.50 meters, the boat is suitable for various inland and coastal waters. The diesel tank has a capacity of 40 liters. Electricity on board is provided by two batteries, a battery charger and shore power, and is operated through a numbered control panel.
In terms of electronics and navigation, the Marion is equipped with a compass and a VHF radio. The rig consists of a single aluminum mast and five sails: genoa, mainsail, halfwinder, jib and storm jib. Headsail and genoa reefing systems are provided.
Outside, the Marion is well equipped including an anchor with line attachment, spray hood, fenders and lines, davits, sea railing, swim ladder and teak deck. The boat's superstructure is wood, which adds to its classic look.
Safety on board is ensured by a manual bilge pump.
