Racing 16m2 with sail number 4445.
This in 1999 on flame built wooden race boat, which was built by the firm Kooi from Appingedam, is a beautiful competition boat. The boat comes complete with two rigs and a trapeze. The boat is fully trimable from the cockpit and can be operated on both starboard and port side. The use of mahogany wood makes the boat a picture to behold. The wood is epoxy glued so the skin and bottom do not absorb water and the ship is dry. As a racing boat, the boat is therefore considerably lighter than a 'wet' boat with a lower sail number and an earlier year of construction.
At the moment the boat is in winter storage inside, covered under sail. Ready for transport to the new owner who, after reactivating the certificate, can immediately enter the racing season of the 16m2 class.
Road trailer
To participate in all races of the 16m2-class, there is a road-trailer included. The trailer is in good condition and does not have its own license plate.
