The Ocean 40 is known as a solid and seaworthy motor ship. The "Daisy" belonged to the 2nd owner and has been in possession since 1979. Until about 8 years ago the "Daisy" has been in service (a.o. canals Belgium, France but also North and Baltic Sea), after that she has been in port. On board are many spare materials and hand tools. In its current state the "Daisy" is a refit object or can be used as a seaworthy hull for renewed assembly and installation.
The "Daisy" is delivered as shown on the pictures, that includes all inventory, spare parts, fenders, lines and various hand tools. The dinghy "Happy Jive" (308 x 158 cm) has a 15 HP Johnson petrol outboard engine.
The "Daisy" has been in rolling stock for the last time in 2016.
The boat comes with one and a half files of documentation, including manuals for engines, outboard dinghy, generator, bow thruster, battery charger, VHF, depth sounder and electric cooker.
The defects known to us are indicated in the descriptions and concern the engines, generator, heating, teak deck and the electrical installation.
The "Daisy" has overdue maintenance, many things have been disassembled and it is messy inside, the pictures speak for themselves. The 93 year old owner was no longer able to do the necessary maintenance.
