This ex-Torpedo ship Seaworthy living ship from 1951 is seaworthy and converted to a sailing living ship / sailing ship with double mast. The ship is solid and completely taken care of. You only need to adjust it to your own taste and the carpentry needs some finishing.
Hull of the ship has been checked and repainted with special paint. The whole ship is very well insulated - 120mm hull and inside everything with 80mm. The ship is built in 2 parts , front is a kind of studio with kitchen and bedroom. Water tank room with 2500L water tanks, 100L boiler, automatic water pump, stairs to the studio below and one private entrance to the studio. Joint toilet and shower, closed off from the rest of the ship. Large wheelhouse with lots of storage space underneath, and a garage for extra anchor, brackets for 2 BBMs, own door to the rear where a new 15KWA generator (500 running hours) is as a backup. This starts automatically if the Lifepo4 cells are too empty. Door to the living area, large living room with large kitchen. In the engine room a 50KWA generator completely restored and running like new again. Again a water lock to the next room . Generator tank 3000L and very much storage space, on the other side of the tank a 500L spare tank for the generator, again lots of storage space. Power supply (100% off-grid self-sufficient) but also shore connection 16Amp 20 solar panels (335W each) 6700WATT on the roof, with a victron MPPT 24V 250V 100AMP 2x 3000WATT wind turbines Victron Quattro core 8000Watt 24v / 230v 400AMP Lifepo4 cells. These are on their own, only the 15KWA generator reacts to it when the cells are too empty and starts automatically until the cells are full, then it stops (about 38 minutes from empty to full). Now has 500 hours on it (oil and filters replaced, there are 500 / 800 hours to go). On the front a shelter with winch (Electric) for anchor and a winch (Electric) for other purposes 7Tons 16Ton double.
