Specifications
A strong and good ship in the base, she has quite some overdue maintenance. The steel hull is strong and meets the requirements according to thickness measurement report.
Because of the layout and equipment, she is perfect for living on board.
The boat is suitable for people who can and want to do DIY. Both outside (superficial rust) and interior (outdated) she needs to be refreshed. In addition, one of the two engines to be made.
The ship is immediately habitable and can sail. If you want to modernize the ship there is much work to be done.
This spacious and strongly built steel motor yacht is from the Dutch yard Beachcraft (de Groot).
The underwater hull was stripped bare in April 2020 and rebuilt with primer and new layers of antifouling.
A thickness measurement of the underwater ship was performed by Hoekman Urk and the surfaces were reinforced, doubled with 5 mm.
Because of the layout she is very suitable for living on board. There is a separate kitchen with dining area below deck, spacious living room with view around, 3 cabins with 4 fixed berths,
1 cabin can be equipped with bunk beds. The front cabin has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and private bathroom with shower and toilet, the spacious rear cabin has 2 x single beds, one on the sb side and on the bb side (80x200). A wet room with shower and toilet. A separate cabin / storage room for a bunk bed.
A spacious sun deck/terrace, large enough for sun beds and/or terrace table with chairs. Fly bridge with outside controls on teak instrument panel (needs replacing).
2 x Ford Sabre diesel engines of 160 hp each.
The starboard engine works.
The port engine does not work and needs to be repaired or overhauled to make working.
The owner has sailed on the starboard engine without any problems.
