This parklike Pacific Allure 143 is completely finished on the outside. The ship has a length of almost 15 meters and is ideal for longer stays or to live on. The boat is white on the outside and is always neatly polished. There are larger windows used so that there is more light in the boat. The aft deck has a large area where you can stay on. The spacious bathing platform can be easily accessed with the stairs.
On the inside the boat still needs to be partially finished. The bathroom and toilet needs to be finished. However, the biggest job still to be done is the electricity supply. The whole boat needs to be provided with electricity and nothing is connected yet. If you are handy with electricity then this could be a very nice project but can also be outsourced.
When you enter the boat you enter the very spacious inner cockpit. There is a lot of light and you can see the whole boat right away. Where the large white chair now stands, a larger sitting area and dining area could also be added. A few steps down is the kitchen with all amenities built in. In the front of the point is a dormitory. In the back of the boat, the toilet still needs to be installed and the bathroom also needs to be finished. At the back of the boat there is a very large room with a large double bed.
The engines of the boat are working so that the boat is ready to sail.
The work that still needs to be carried out on the boat according to the owner's specifications.
In 2017, the boat was valued at a daily value of € 250,000 if the work on the interior and technology has been fully completed.
NOTE: This is a registered ship and will have to be transferred notarially after the auction. The transfer costs will be for the account of the buyer.
