Junior Auction Advisor (24–40 hours)
Are you the person everyone enjoys speaking to on the phone? Do you pick up new things quickly and switch effortlessly between Dutch and English? Then we would love to hear from you.
At Boatauction, we auction boats online to buyers and sellers across Europe. No two days are the same. In the morning, you might answer a question from a seller in France; in the afternoon, you could be working on content for a new auction; and at the end of the day, you may speak to a buyer who has just found their dream boat.
This is what you will do
- You are the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat and our platform
- You create content for our auctions: from selecting photos to generating and checking texts
- You contribute ideas on sales and help buyers and sellers work towards a deal
What you bring
- You are cheerful, precise, and able to work independently
- You speak and write Dutch and English; an additional language is a great bonus
- You are comfortable working with computers and learn new systems very quickly
- You are available all day on Thursdays; we will arrange the rest together
