Vacancy: Customer & Operations Hero

Are you ready to work independently in a role where you truly make an impact? As our Customer & Operations Hero, you are the driving force behind the daily sales process of our boats. You ensure that everything runs smoothly—from customer contact to publication and administrative handling—and you get the freedom to improve processes and contribute ideas.

With us, you’ll work in a small, energetic team with short lines of communication, where every day offers variety and challenge.

What will you do?

• Publish boats in our system daily and check that all information is correct
• Manage customer contact and strengthen relationships with a focus on sales opportunities
• Prepare contracts and invoices and handle administrative tasks
• Contribute ideas on optimizing our processes
• Keep an overview and ensure everything runs like clockwork

Who are you?

• Completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent level
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Computer-savvy and comfortable with software
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French or German is a plus
• Hands-on, independent, and structured in a dynamic environment
• Enjoy a versatile role in a small team
