An auction may have special conditions. These are additional terms that are described in the auction and are also applicable. Often, this is a document that is added to the lot. Always read these conditions carefully to avoid any surprises later on.
Subject to award means that the seller decide after the auction whether to accept the highest bid. The sale is then awarded. If the sale is not awarded, the purchase will not proceed.
If a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes before the closing time of an auction, the closing time will be extended by 5 minutes. This gives other bidders an additional 5 minutes to place a higher bid. If no further bids are placed within these 5 minutes, the auction will close.
You are the lucky owner of a new boat that has recently been awarded to you. The boat must be picked up within 14 days after the award. This can only be deviated from if it is coordinated with Boatauction.com and the boat seller. If this is unexpectedly not possible, please contact [email protected].
For municipal auctions, there are different pickup times that are listed with the lot. These cannot be deviated from.
