Loosdrecht houseboat now in the online auction. Everyone can bid until January 19, 2026.
With a length of 10 meters and a width of 4 meters, this houseboat offers a spacious interior with a standing height of 1.90 meters. The layout is practical and focused on comfort, with two fixed sleeping places and the possibility to create four additional sleeping places. The salon is equipped with two large sofas that can easily be converted into sofa beds, making the boat suitable for families or groups of friends.
The living area is equipped with modern amenities such as a Daikin air conditioner, hot air heating, and an electric shower and toilet. Large windows and a sliding door with a screen door provide plenty of light and a direct connection to the outside deck. The presence of two smart TVs – a 55-inch in the salon and a 40-inch by the fixed bed – contribute to the comfort on board.
One of the most striking features of this houseboat is the generous 32 m² roof terrace. Most of the roof is finished with Douglas wood, while the remaining part is made of aluminum. This roof terrace offers plenty of space for lounging, sunbathing, or organizing cozy gatherings. For extra fun, there is an inflatable, custom-made yacht slide included, complete with accessories – a unique addition that provides entertainment for young and old.
At the rear, there is a swim platform with a swim ladder, making it easy to take a refreshing dip. Fenders are placed around the boat for extra protection when mooring.
The Loosdrecht houseboat is equipped with two outboard motors. The main propulsion is provided by a 50 hp Yamaha high thrust motor, electrically started and suitable for a cruising speed of approximately 10 km/h. Additionally, there is a 15 hp Honda high thrust motor, also electrically started, which serves as an emergency motor. The boat has dual steering: inside there is a steering wheel for the 50 hp motor, while outside both motors can be operated. This makes maneuvering easy, both when docking and during sailing.
This houseboat is designed to function independently for extended periods. The electrical installation consists of five batteries with a total capacity of 1150 Ah, a Victron inverter of 1200 watts, shore power connection, and solar panels. Additionally, there is an Electrolux generator (model T2500H) on the aft deck, which can charge the entire battery pack. This allows for longer off-grid stays without compromising on comfort. Even the air conditioning can run on this power supply, both for cooling and heating.
The hull of this houseboat is entirely made of 5 mm thick aluminum, with extra reinforcements on the welds of the three pontoons. As a result, the underside is even 10 mm thick in some parts, contributing to the vessel's robustness. With a weight of approximately 7000 kg, the boat is stable in the water, ensuring a comfortable sailing experience, even in changing weather conditions.
This Loosdrecht houseboat is highly suitable for various recreational purposes. Whether it's a weekend getaway, a summer vacation with the family, or a day trip with friends, this boat offers the space and facilities to fully enjoy life on the water. The combination of a spacious living environment, extensive equipment, and solid construction makes this vessel an attractive choice for those looking for a characterful and functional houseboat.
