Specifications
This Vlet 300 is a compact steel boat with a length of 3.00 meters and a width of 1.20 meters. Thanks to its small dimensions and shallow draft of only 20 cm, this Vlet is particularly suitable for use on shallow inland waters, canals, and small lakes. The boat is made of steel, which contributes to the robustness of the hull and the overall construction.
General Design and Dimensions
The Vlet 300 is designed with simplicity and functionality in mind. With a length of 3 meters, this boat offers space for multiple passengers, depending on the layout and weight. The width of 1.20 meters ensures a stable position in the water, contributing to a safe boating experience, even in calm weather. The draft of 20 cm allows navigation in areas where other boats with a deeper keel cannot reach.
Material and Construction
The hull of this Vlet is entirely made of steel. Steel boats are known for their sturdiness and long lifespan, provided that maintenance is carried out regularly.
Motorization
The Vlet 300 is equipped with an outboard motor from the brand Yamaha. It is a motor with a power of 4 HP. Yamaha outboard motors are widely used and often employed for smaller boats like this Vlet. The operation of the motor is currently unknown, which means a technical check or inspection is recommended before use. The motor is easy to disassemble or replace if necessary.
Possible Applications
Due to its compact size and simple construction, the Vlet 300 is suitable for various recreational applications. Consider short trips on inland waters, fishing, or as a tender for a larger ship. The boat can also serve as a means of transport in marinas or at campsites by the water. Thanks to the low entry and open cockpit, the Vlet is accessible to users of all ages.
Considerations When Purchasing
If interested in this Vlet 300, it is advisable to pay attention to the condition of the steelwork, the presence of any rust, and the technical condition of the outboard motor. Checking the hull for watertightness and the condition of the paint or coating is also recommended.
