The Taling 32 is a classic 1978 sailing yacht, designed by Cor Taal, and is known for its stability and comfortable sailing characteristics. With a length of 9.6 meters, width of 3.05 meters and a draft of 1.40 meters, this ship is ideal for inland waters, but also suitable for larger waters such as the IJsselmeer and the Wadden Sea. The ship has a characteristic S-frame hull, which ensures a stable seaway and comfortable sailing experience.
The interior offers space for 6 berths (3 fixed and 3 extra) and has a spacious headroom of 1.90 meters. The yacht is equipped with modern conveniences such as a hot-air heater that still needs to be connected, a functional galley with stove, oven and refrigerator, and almost new mattresses in the bow. All interior lighting has been converted to LED.
The Bukh DV20 diesel engine is economical with a consumption of only 2 liters per hour. The yacht features extensive navigation equipment, including an autopilot, chart plotter, and wind meter, making it ideal for longer trips. The sails, consisting of a mainsail, genoa, and gennaker, are only two years old and in excellent condition.
Although the vessel has been generally well maintained, there are some areas of concern such as the teak deck and touch-up of the paint on the blue band of the hull. With available documentation including bills, drawings and manuals.
Latest antifouling is from June 2023 whose photos are with the boat.
