Specifications
The Agua Finca, a Nantucket 33 ft, is a motorized polyester sailboat with a length of 10 meters and a width of 3.15 meters. The boat has a draft of 1.70 meters and a vertical clearance of 14 meters, which makes her suitable for both coastal waters and larger inland waters. Even without a mast, the boat is excellent to use due to the powerful engine.
The Agua Finca is in good condition, with some minor flaws, including a teak deck that needs some attention. The last time the boat was out of the water for maintenance and antifouling treatment was in 2022.
The interior offers four permanent berths and two additional berths, with headroom of 1.87 meters. Accommodations include a dining area, pillows, refrigerator, mattresses, curtains and a stove. Hot water is available, fed by a 240-liter water tank. There is a manual toilet on board, whose drain discharges directly into the open water. In addition, there is a stove for heating.
The engine, a Perkins diesel engine with 30 hp and four cylinders, is in working condition and starts electrically. The boat has gauges such as a fuel gauge, tachometer and temperature gauge. There are no bow or stern thrusters installed.
Electrical equipment includes shore power, a battery charger, alternator and voltmeter, operating at 220V and 12V. For navigation, an autopilot and fishfinder are provided. The boat is equipped with one aluminum mast and two sails (mainsail and jib), which are in fair condition. The headsail is equipped with a furling system.
Outside, the Agua Finca is equipped with an anchor with chain and manual windlass. Equipment includes a spray hood, swim ladder, bimini, outdoor cushions, sea railing, fenders and lines and a teak deck. Also included is an electric bilge pump.
In summary, the Agua Finca is a spacious and solidly built sailboat with a classic look. She offers comfortable accommodations and a range of amenities, making her suitable for both short trips and longer sailing trips.
