The Badekker has a fantastic line. Part of the interior still needs to be carpentered. It has been out of the water last year. The boat does not suffer from rust. The engine starts well and runs nicely, the other technique in the boat also works well.
The ship the Bakdekker 41 was first completely demolished except for the hull and engine of course. When after that the whole ship was empty it was blasted from the inside and outside. Painted in epoxy coating 2 components. After that all the iron was ground away a bit thinner than 4 mm and new steel plate was welded in between of 5,5 mm. Nothing doubled. And then the ship built up the wheelhouse is made of 5 cm thick oak. With double laminated glass. All kinds of carpentry has been done in the wheelhouse and the floor wood is also 2 layers thick with special lead rubber plates dampened against the sound. The technique works according to braced dashboard is also built in with givers and key contact.
