Specifications
The Stella Maris is an Urk Cutter, it used to be a fishing cutter. In the past it has been converted into a functional motor vessel/residential vessel. Because the ship has several rooms: bedroom, galley, shower and toilet room, saloon, wheelhouse and engine room, it is suitable for longer stays.
The last time the boat has had major maintenance is in 2018. Then the boat was put in the antifouling for the last time and all windows were renewed with extra thick insulated glass. New drawers have been placed under the sink. Also, the kitchen recently renovated with a new refrigerator, microwave and induction hob (2018).
NOTE: This is a registered ship and will have to be transferred notarially after the auction. The transfer costs will be for the account of the buyer.
