Built in 1975, this steel boat offers spacious accommodation for both permanent living and relaxed cruising. With an impressive length of 1204 cm a beam of 340 cm and a draft of 135 cm, the vessel offers ample space and stability. The articulated hull design, steered with a double-spot steering wheel, and a single rudder contribute to comfortable steering.
Interior accommodations include a dining area, comfortable cushions, an oven, a stove, curtains, mattresses and a refrigerator. With a headroom of 185, the boat offers an open and airy atmosphere. Hot water is available, and the water tank has a capacity of 500 liters, while the holding tank can hold 100 liters. The hand-operated toilet discharges directly into open water.
A Volvo Penta MD 32-1 diesel engine rated at 106 HP provides propulsion and is electrically started. The fuel tank has a capacity of 400 liters, and a bow thruster facilitates maneuvering.
Electronics and navigation are well represented with a wide range of instruments, including a compass, depth sounder, autopilot, chartplotter, radar, VHF radio, log speed meter, wind meter and GPS.
The rig includes two aluminum masts and as many as six sails, including a mainsail, storm jib, spinnaker, mizzen, jib and jib. A headsail furling system makes sailing more efficient.
Externally, the boat is equipped with two anchors, a manual anchor winch, sprayhood, tarpaulin, sea railing, fenders and lines, and a teak deck that is, however, in need of replacement.
As for safety, there are lifebuoys, a fire extinguisher and an electric bilge pump on board.
Although the boat has many flaws, such as minor deck leaks, a galley to be replaced and repairs to the drinking water pump and standpipe heater, it still provides a solid foundation for someone to do the necessary refurbishing. Unfortunately, for medical reasons, the current owner must part with this vessel that was originally purchased for permanent residence.
