Specifications
A classic Halcyon 23. This boat has been almost completely refurbished by the current owner, except for a few points that still need to be done. A complete summary of everything that is replaced / installed: -Toilet -Painting and varnishing inside -Painting wooden rudder -Full electrical system including lighting (LED). Possibility for 2 batteries, currently 1 battery present. -Keel bolts -Engine is completely overhauled, including the dynastart and magneto ignition. There is also a new spare head gasket available (after revision less than 5 hours of operation). Spare head gasket available. -Fully new and upholstered interior. -Fm radio -Deep meter (analog) -Window rubbers replaced 5 years ago, also a new set of black window rubbers available. -Patrider door -Hatch made of betonplex with aluminum chequer plate and inspection opening -Measuring instruments for the engine -Solar panel -Resistant stainless steel fuel tank including fuel lines -Water tank + / - 100L -Drinking water pump
What still needs to be done / points. -Wood cockpit hatches are in need of replacement. -Wood fender left rear needs attention. -Maintenance of exterior paintwork, including the underwater hull. -Railing installation (completely new stainless steel set with all accessories is present). -Mast installation (is now ironed, but complete with all accessories). -Woodwork of the outboard engine support
The boat is otherwise fully complete including all accessories. Think of the mooring lines, mast, boom, rigging, sails (both old and nearly new set complete present). Also, the original teak of various parts is still in very good condition.
Both the old original set of sails and renewed set are present. Rigging as far as known complete. The renewed set of sails is still in very good condition. Stainless steel mast-laying installation present (manual).
