Specifications
This sturdy steel hull with number 1510 has always been used by Sailing School Scouting Netherlands in Harderwijk and is almost indestructible. The Lelievlet is in fairly good condition, the centerboard needs to be repaired or taken out and there are some holes in the bottom. Because these vlets are equipped with 2 air chests, they are unsinkable and excellent for use as a canal boat or motor vlet. If you remove the centerboard and weld the boat shut, you have a fine boat and lots of space in your cockpit. The boat is now on the side and can be inspected well and after the purchase picked up with a trailer. The proceeds of this boat will be used as a contribution for the new vlet of Sailing School Scouting Netherlands.
The condition of Boat Gold is fairly moderate. The hull has 2 small holes in the sidewall in the underwater hull. (See the photos with the red circle, less than 0.5 cm in diameter) There is also 1 fingerling for half rusted away. Furthermore, the boat has a few places where the steel is less thick. Gold has no other heavy dents that you want to do something with. The rudder and daggerboard are both still in good condition.
