This Warrior 35 has a safe center cockpit and an aft cabin with spacious berths. Good headroom in the cabin (195) and forward cabin (185). It is a solid long keeler with S-frame from Trident Marine and is very popular with long distance sailors because of its because of the safe spacious and deep mid-cockpit and pleasant, comfortable seakeeping. In 2013 the old Mercedes 636 has been replaced by a new Mitsubitsi with ample (42 hp) power. This ship is well maintained and very fully equipped with an extensive sail wardrobe , good bow thruster , el. sheet winches , el. anchor winch and all anchor gear. Ready to sail.
Rigging: mainsail, genoa, storm jib, jib, halfwinder, removable cutterstay with removable backstays, spare genoa and jib. Halfwinder can also be used as spinnaker. Headsail furling system, genoa reefing system. In the cockpit 2 selftailing electric sheet winches (see photo) for headsails (with which also the mainsail can be hoisted); these can also be operated manually (and then double-acting). 2 lashing winches on cabin roof with halyard stopper on all lines, 2 sheet winches for halfwinder and headsail furling system Harken furling reefing system for all headsails. Cutter jib with leuvers on removable cutterstay. Removable backstays for cutterstay.
Some windows leak and need to be replaced. In the meantime, a former employee in England has made new windows using original moulds (because of the large curvature of the windows in the forward and aft cabin). These are now on board new in the packaging but have yet to be fitted. A comprehensive manual on how to do this is available.
This will also be included with the sale: Comforter, spares and filters, oils and greases, extra mooring lines and mooring ropes and other useful ancillary items
