A classic offshore cruiser - a tough, seaworthy 8.23-long boat with convenient accommodations, and thanks to the deep hull a fairly good headroom, higher than in many comparable boats. The Halcyon 27 was designed in 1968 by Alan Buchanan, as a development of the earlier 'Diamond II' design, and about 200 were built by Offshore Yachts. With a full keel and transom hung rudder, it is a solid cruising boat with good sailing characteristics in all conditions. The owner has sailed in it from 1997 the family and friends on Loosdrecht, Grevelingen, IJsselmeer and Wadden. Built in 1974. Mooring place Bruinisse. The boat was last out of the water for maintenance: April 2021 when she has the aat last time antifouling treatment in April 202. according to the seller the boat has traces of osmosis.
