Specifications
This Schakel is a fast sailor, complete with a good set of sails, mast, boom and all accessories. Also very nice to use as a powerboat. There is room for 2 to 3 people to sail actively and 4 to 5 people to use as a powerboat. The boat has been neatly refurbished in recent weeks: - deck stripped and then 2 coats of primer and then 4 coats of white boat varnish applied (some pieces were once repaired with polyester putty) - hull is 5 coats in clear varnish - cockpit in the mahogany oil and sword case varnished - wooden decking stripped and then varnished again in clear varnish. Maintenance in 2020 - bottom in 5 layers 2 component epoxy and antifouling, all with Epifanes boat varnish.
