The yacht is registered to a Bulgarian company and has a Bulgarian flag.All documents on ownership are available.According to Bulgarian laws, the bill of sale must be certified by a Bulgarian notary, there is everything necessary for this.The yacht is currently on the water, but a crane can drive up to its parking place to load it.There are several small minor cracks on the hull, at the place where the ladder is attached. There is some water in the oil in the left saildrive, the oil seal needs to be replaced.there are no other problems.
