"MITHOR" is a very stable sailing vessel of Dutch manufacture and is known for its excellent quality. With its generous dimensions of 8.70 meters in length and 2.85 meters in width, this boat offers plenty of space and comfort for sailors and their guests.
This boat underwent some major improvements in 2021, including the renewal of the upholstery and curtains, making the interior look fresh and attractive. Essential parts of the engine were also replaced, including the diesel pump and injection, while the impeller and oil were changed in 2022. A spare impeller and oil filter are available for future maintenance.
The vessel starts effortlessly and the engine runs like a well-oiled machine. Propulsion is via a shaft with a two-point propeller. In addition, two 100AH gel batteries were installed in 2022, along with a Victron battery monitor. There is also a solar panel system with a Victron MPPT controller on board for renewable energy supply.
The boat is equipped with an Autohelm wind meter, whose paddle wheel and wind direction flag were recently renewed. A spare copy is available for emergencies. The antifouling was last renewed in 2021.
Inside the cabin you will find a refrigerator with external cooling, as well as a China Diesel Standheizung (stand heater) that is new but not yet installed. For navigation, there is a Samsung tablet with the necessary Victron software, both indoor and outdoor, with holders for safe use.
The boat has a radio with four speakers, both inside and outside, and a functional VHF radio that is only two years old. For automatic steering, there is an Autohelm 2000 autopilot on board, which although somewhat older, still works well.
The underwater hull has been well maintained, with some penetrations already renewed and spare parts available for the rest. It is important to note that, given its age, this boat may have some minor maintenance issues, but overall it is in excellent condition and is very suitable for both beginners and experienced sailors.
