The Clasico 800 is a classically lined mahogany sailing yacht, made of woodcore epoxy. The woodcore system gives her very good sailing properties. Mahogany slats with special profile, in epoxy resin mounted on oak trusses and then reinforced with glass fiber and epoxy. Over the hull on the inside and outside with 2 component clear coat paint. This Clasico is the final piece of construction after having drawn and built 70 steel yachts from 10 to 30 meters in the owner's yard. She was built in 2008, sailed for 2 seasons and has not been out of the shed since 2010. She has a size of 8 x 2.3 x 1.05 meters.
Equipment: 2 benches/ berths in cabin, 2 berths in fore cabin, chemical toilet and cockpit benches with storage space. There are alcantara cabin cushions, a hood over the cockpit and cabin anchor gear. Included is a complete, 2-axle trailer.
The engine is a 10 hp built-in diesel engine with 12 volt switch panel serving lights, pump, etc.The rigging consists of a mainsail Genoa 27.2 mt, American pine mast and boom, hollow glued stainless steel bows and tensioners and mast ironing system.The superstructure and hull are solid mahogany and the hull is coated with glass mats and epoxy.
