The Shogun has a welded structure made of hot-dip galvanized steel profiles, designed to include an arch terrace with balustrade, a technical terrace with balustrade, a technical cabinet and brackets for mounting the balustrade on the upper terrace. Eight floating floats are permanently attached to the structure from below. Façade is made with external PVC core window front panels.
PVC windows with double glazing, flush with the facade, entrance door in the stern and door in the bow with a patent lock (in the bedrooms and bathroom tilt and turn windows, round tilt window with an external sealing flange). Lower and upper deck based on waterproof formwork board and waterproof OSB board, protected by thermal, moisture and acoustic insulation with Styrofoam and vapor-proof foil usable surface of the interior floor created from high-quality water-resistant vinyl floor panels.
Surface of upper terrace protected by rain protection, bituminous sealing of OSB and self-adhesive and thermally welded bitumen sheets. Exterior walls are vapor tight and acoustically damped with polystyrene, vapor tight foil on the inside and vapor permeable foil and self-adhesive damping foam (under facade) on the outside.Walls (including partitions) filled with styrodrum, covered with plywood and OSB board. Electrical installation in the form of wiring to the walls and plumbing with connection to bathroom and kitchenette, including: 240 liter water tank, 250 liter sanitary tank with sensors and level indicators. Air conditioning with heating option including installation.
