This former professional cruiser type Spits has a rich past and has sailed extensively to French canals. The ship was in the Beropesvaart until 2019 and then had a length of 49 meters. In 2020 the ship was shortened to 29.5 meters and converted into a sailing living ship. The vessel has been provided with a new CvO R
In 2020 the necessary improvements were done : Underwater ship new steel plate 6 mm, engine room 8 mm. Ship is blasted and is in the 2 component paint. Former hold is equipped with groundwood and is insulated with BASF Sprayfoam
The ship is with its new lenght excellent maneuverable, has 180 m2 living space. Terrace on deck. The superstructure is new.
The boat was last out of the water for maintenance in 2020 and then put in the antifouling.
This ship should really go on the lookout if you want to buy a sailing houseboat. The ship is a good basis and is still free to use.
