Beautiful and well maintained Mac Gregor 26s. This American sailboat is ready to sail and extremely suitable for sailing alone. The shallow draft allows you to sail the boat in shallow waters. The boat has a fully retractable keel and large water ballast tank which gives very good sailing characteristics for a sailboat without a heavy keel. For example Schiermonnikoog or Ameland are among the possibilities. The boat is trailerable but there is no trailer supplied.
It is a good family boat for 4 to 5 people. The Mac Gregor has good sailing characteristics with an original mainsail and jib. The Yamaha 9.9 outboard is always well maintained and powerful enough for this boat. The boat comes with a rain hood for the wet days so you can sit outside dry. The mast is easy to lower so the boat can be trailered or stored for the winter.
