A small houseboat with its own drive. An approximately 9 meter long steel houseboat. The whole structure is rotten but the hull is a reasonable basis to build on. The whole thing is flooded and the engine is in the water. Operation of the engine is unknown.
The whole has much backlog maintenance and should be well taken care of. Also, the ship is polluted.
