This sailing living ship is an ex-professional vessel that is partially converted into a living ship. It is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, washing/drying combination, complete kitchen and spacious saloon/steering hut. The entire ship has a large standing height and is insulated everywhere with 8 cm. The ship runs very light through the water, but does have a wind catch. The fuel consumption is low due to the small water resistance.
The boat is about 80% finished, it is ready to sail and can go with the new owner. Dashboard, marifones etc work.
There is still work to do on the electrics for lighting and living function, water piping, and on gas piping in the kitchen.
The upper part of the ship is in need of maintenance and new paint. The doors of the wheelhouse need replacement. The CV and bow thruster are not finished, but are present. The piping for the bow thruster still needs to be installed.
In 2020 the necessary maintenance has been done:
The engine runs well, does not leak and has been recently maintained. Invoices and paperwork from the engine available.
This vessel is equipped with all comforts and after the necessary maintenance a complete boat ready for nice day trips or long journeys.
The boat is included in the file of inland shipping, see this link: https://www.debinnenvaart.nl/schip_detail/4919/
The sailing houseboat 'Loreley' is registered in the land registry with number 7175BG1995. The transfer costs are buyer costs and amount to approximately € 1000.
