We present a beautiful, classic and custom-made motor yacht. She has sailed just about every sea. There are multiple possibilities for this yacht. So you can turn it into an entertainment venue, a restaurant, tour boat, AIR BNB or you can live on it yourself. The Durokos has been in rental with Booking.com for the past 2 years (business use) and this was successful, which you can read in the reviews. The yacht has a significant income from April to mid-November, and is ready for the upcoming tourist rental season. The rooms can be rented out. She can also be used as a houseboat. The income is significant enough to amortize the investment even in 1 to 2 seasons. Please note that the yacht is being sold as a project, please bid after viewing the boat. Mainly stucco and painting work and some other smaller finishes are needed.
She is practically fully restored as a Hotel boat (not a charter boat). There are a total of 10 cabins. One suite with king bed, bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, dressing room and air conditioning. There are six double cabins, two cabins with two bunk beds. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Below is a room with four bunk beds at the front of the yacht. There is a professional kitchen, bar with refrigerator, sink, ice maker, expresso maker. There is a dining room inside and a table outside under roof. A salon inside with 3D TV 150cm, air conditioning. Outside under construction two other bathrooms, possible to mount WC and shower. The ship contains a Cummins 6 cylinder diesel engine 380 HP.
If the ship needs to be moved it can be done without problem, the engine works well.
