The houseboat 1630 was built for the Moselle, presumably it sailed on the Moselle as a supply ship. A very well thought-out ship with lots of charm and plenty of storage space, sleeping facilities and approx. 28m2 of living space below deck. A boat with many possibilities: round trips, weekend stay, student house, Corona escape, permanent residence, open office, party boat, Bed and Breakfast, there are many different uses. So the boat offers possibilities, but also has flaws:The pipes from the engine to the bulkhead are leaking, seawater toilet needs to be renewed or converted to tank, woodwork under the windows and in the wooden floor of the aft cabin needs to be renewed because the windows were partially leaking, some sliding windows are closed, the hull needs to be checked, cleaned, painted, sacrificial anodes replaced, partial derust repaint boat, gas inspection needed, wheelhouse door is broken open, starter battery needs to be replaced with a larger one, glass skylight defective, ceiling paneling nearby defective.
The complete underwater hull was duplicated in 1997, photos from that time available / welder known.
