This classic Contest 31 HT is beautiful, neat, decent, solid sailboat. Beautiful interior with good cushions / mattresses. Engine is original but runs very well and always starts. Always well maintained; annual primer and antifouling, engine turn and check. Batteries recently renewed The sail covers have some wear and the spray hood 2 loose seams. Engine hatch is in need of replacement. The boat is prepared for hot water by means of a Truma boiler. The whole is built in but the boiler itself is not available and can be ordered by the new owner for € 200, - This will be available again this fall. The engine is serviced annually at Volvo Penta. The Hydraulic drive has been overhauled 2017 and 2018
What is unique is that this for is equipped with a boat of its own mast ironing installation from De Vries which of course gives you great flexibility in your sailing area.
