The "Dream Catcher" is a Meridian 341, an impressive boat with a length of 1067 and a width of 411, built in 2003 at the Meridian shipyard. The hull has a v-bottom and is steered with a steering wheel from the outside. The rudder is double and the weight of the boat is 7711 kg.
As for the accommodation, the Dream Catcher accommodates 4 permanent berths and an additional berth. Inside, there is a dining area, cushions, a shower, an oven, a refrigerator, mattresses, and a headroom of 200. The boat is equipped with hot water, a 348-liter water tank, and a 114-liter holding tank. The toilet is manually operated and the toilet drain does not directly enter the open water. Furthermore, there is heating via hot air.
The boat is equipped with two Mercruiser engines, each of the type 6.2 ltr V8 with 350 hp, one of which is currently not functioning. The running hours of the engines are unknown, but can be read. Fuel is gasoline, with a tank capacity of 848 liters. There is also an electric bow thruster.
Electronics and navigation include a battery charger, shore power, alternator, voltmeter, and a gasoline-powered generator. However, the navigation equipment needs to be replaced. Electricity is supplied with a voltage of 110v.
Exterior equipment includes an electric windlass with one anchor attached with chain and line. The boat is equipped with a swim ladder, outdoor cushions, fenders and lines, and a swim platform.
Safety is assured with an onboard electric bilge pump.
Although the Merdian 341 has suffered damage from Hurricane Irma and some transportation incidents, such as a tap on a porthole and loss of windows, the hull is generally in good condition. Nevertheless, the boat is currently considered a project boat with many defects, and it is up to the potential buyer to make the necessary repairs and maintenance. Documentation, including a user manual in PDF format, is available. The boat is registered with RDW with registration number 5-YB-908,
