What is the job? 
For a few hours a day, you’ll make sure the day-to-day operation of our nautical auction house runs smoothly. Think: publishing boats in our system, handling customer contact, preparing invoices and contracts, and keeping the administration up to date. Clear, recurring tasks—but you decide when you do them.


Here’s where the freedom comes in: As long as everything is arranged on time, you can organize your day yourself. Drop the kids off and then start? Perfect. Prefer to finish early? Also fine. We look at results, not the clock.


Who is this a good fit for?

  • You work independently and keep a clear overview
  • You speak and write Dutch and English well; French or German is a nice bonus
  • You live near Naarden (this is an office-based role)
  • You’re comfortable with computers
