Karnic 600 ready for boating fun
Anyone looking for a modern sports boat with a fresh look and a practical layout will find this Karnic 600 an appealing candidate. She was built in 2023 by the Karnic yard in Cyprus and is designed for relaxed day trips, sporty cruising and a spontaneous weekend away. The boat combines a clear, open helm with steering wheel, a self-draining cockpit and a V-hull that cuts smoothly through the water. With her length of 6.00 metres and beam of 2.00 metres, she is easy to handle in the marina while still offering enough space to be comfortably on board with company.
This Karnic has been used on inland waterways and lakes—exactly the cruising area where her size and handling really come into their own. Thanks to the shallow draft of around 0.30 metres, you can get close to the shore for a swim stop or a picnic on a quiet little beach. The air draft of approximately 0.35 metres also makes her interesting for routes with low bridges, depending on the exact setup and loading.
Karnic 600 now in the online auction. Everyone can bid up to and including 18 May 2026.
What makes this Karnic 600 interesting for day trips?
She is set up to put outdoor life on the water front and centre. The open helm provides good all-round visibility and keeps the contact with your passengers sociable and direct. On deck, the bimini and exterior cushions add comfort during longer days, while the cockpit cover helps protect her when she is not in use. The swim ladder invites you to take a refreshing dip and makes getting back on board easy.
Also practical is her self-draining cockpit, which provides extra peace of mind in changeable weather or if a bit of spray comes aboard. For those searching terms like sports boat, open motorboat or 6-metre daycruiser, this is exactly the type of boat that offers versatility without becoming complicated.
How does she perform with the Yamaha 115 hp outboard?
On the transom is a Yamaha 115 hp outboard from 2022 with electric start and four cylinders. The engine is reported to be operational and has 578 running hours. Combined with the V-hull, this delivers a lively and sporty character. The stated cruising speed is around 45 km/h and the top speed around 50 km/h, making it easy to explore a larger lake or travel quickly from berth to berth.
The 230-litre fuel tank is generous for this segment and suits longer days on the water. On board you’ll find a fuel gauge and tachometer, so you can keep a clear overview while underway. Anyone looking for a Karnic 600 with a Yamaha 115 hp gets a combination often chosen for its broad usability: relaxed cruising is possible, but so is brisk acceleration.
Can you also stay overnight on board?
Yes, she offers two fixed berths. Inside, headroom is about 0.75 metres, indicating it is mainly a compact sleeping space for a night away rather than a cabin for extended stays. That fits the character of this boat: living outside during the day, and—if you wish—a simple overnight stay on board for a weekend away.
A manual toilet is fitted and the toilet discharge does not go directly into open water. This is a plus for those who prefer tidy and responsible boating on inland waterways and lakes. A 45-litre water tank supports basic comfort for a day trip or short stay.
What is known about maintenance and condition?
According to the information provided, she was last taken out of the water for maintenance in 2025, and the most recent antifouling treatment was carried out in 2026. No signs of osmosis have been reported. No known defects have been specified. The boat is built of polyester (GRP), a popular material for this type of motorboat due to its dimensional stability and relatively easy cleaning.
Documentation is available and she is registered with an RDW registration under number 1 YG372. For safety and ease of use, an electric bilge pump is on board, as well as an anchor with chain and line for a calm stop in a bay or along the edge of a lake.
All in all, this Karnic 600 is an inviting choice for anyone looking for a modern daycruiser: compact, sporty and ready for long summer days on the water. Through BoatAuction, she now gets the chance to collect many more great boating moments with a new owner.
