The Sherpa, with its own identity, has a length of 1,000 cm, a width of 340 cm and a draft of 80 cm. The steel vessel, with an articulated hull shape, exudes a timeless charm. Once on board, one immediately notices the generous headroom inside, at 200 cm, giving a sense of airiness and comfort.
Although this saloon cruiser has some minor defects, it was serviced in 2021, including the latest antifouling treatment. There are known leaks at the sunroof and window, but this does not detract from the Sherpa's intrinsic beauty and capabilities.
The boat, weighing about 10,000 kg, is steered by a steering wheel on the outside deck. The hull, from an unknown yard, exudes stability. Accommodation on board includes a dining area, pillows, oven, refrigerator, mattresses, curtains and a stove. The boat has an electric toilet, whose discharge is directly into the open water.
The engine, a powerful Peugeot Indenor with 55 hp, is electrically started and consumes about 2.5 liters per hour. With a 250-liter fuel tank and a bow thruster for added maneuverability, the Sherpa is ready for adventure on the water.
Electronics and navigation are provided by battery chargers, an inverter, a solar panel and shore power. With 4 batteries on board and electricity available in both 12v and 220v, the Sherpa is equipped for all modern needs.
