Specifications
The Bavaria 31 is a very seaworthy ship. The boat is equipped with all the conveniences to make a sailing trip comfortable: spacious dining area, stove, oven, refrigerator and toilet. The dining area is equipped with a large table which makes it possible to easily eat with 6 people on the boat. Moreover, above the benches of the dining area there is plenty of space to store things. In addition, there is a skylight above the dining area which allows plenty of daylight to shine in and a pleasant place to sit. In the front of the boat is a large double bed. This bed is separated from the dining area by a door so there is enough privacy for the people who sleep in the forward point.
The Bavaria 31 is in good condition. In 2019 the boat has been out of the water when it also had an antifouling treatment. The boat shows no sports of osmosis. The only defect the boat has is that the projector for the mast does not work, otherwise the boat has no defects. The Bavaria 31 is well documented and has an extensive technical description as well as an EC certificate.
The mainsail furling system needs to be looked at because it rolls but goes heavier than it should. The mainsail may need to be renewed.
