Specifications
The Mitchell 31 MK II is a well maintained boat. The boat has a large cockpit where it is easy to sit outside with several people and there is also a cockpitsail available so that in bad weather the cockpit can be used optimally. Two years ago the cockpit sail was replaced. Also two years ago (2018) the whole boat was painted and in 2019 the Mitchell 31 MK II had an antifouling treatment. The fridge was replaced 3 years ago, the stove 2 years ago and the curtains last year. Also a new radio has been bought recently and the oil of the engine has been replaced.
The Michell 31 MK II is very suitable for fun day trips and weekends on the water. The boat is for seeing all the necessary comfort. The dining area is equipped with a folding table, very practical, so the table does not take up too much space when not in use. In addition, a neat kitchen with sink, 2 burner stove, refrigerator and oven. The presence of a toilet and a large sleeping area in the front of the boat makes it possible to spend the night on the Mitchell 31 MK II. When it is colder, the stove ensures that there is still a pleasant temperature on the boat.
From the aft / outer cockpit it is possible to steer the boat. There is an extra throttle and a tiller can be plugged in so that you can easily steer while sitting outside.
In warm weather the swim ladder makes it easy to swim from the Mitchell 31 MK II. There is also an outdoor shower which makes it possible to take a shower on the boat after swimming.
