Specifications
The Dufour 2800 is an ideal weekend/short break boat for the coastal waters of the Netherlands, she is easy to sail and maintain. This boat was refitted in 2015 with new gelcoat and a new engine and a new mainsail. Genoa is in good condition. As for navigation equipment, the boat is equipped with a wind speed gauge, log, depth gauge and compass. A brand new VHF radio is also included, although not mounted. Inside is a spacious sleeping cabin for 5, a removable toilet (porta-potty) and the original orange-red sink these boats were known for. The galley has a 2-burner ethanol stove and a cooler. The boat is equipped with a 220V electrical outlet to power various equipment when moored. Our Dufour is in need of some minimal maintenance and possibly refreshing of the interior.
