Nice sailboat, the owner has always enjoyed it. The Dufour 2800 is ready to sail and has already had a major maintenance. New Volvo Penta md7 (engine serviced and winterized by authorized company), new exhaust, starter motor and alternator, 2x new winch, new Lewmar Victron battery charger / inverter type multiplus 12|35|800. Partially new lines halyard + mooring lines.

The Dufour has been out of the water for the last time in March 2022 for anti-fouling and maintenance took place in 2021. The following was done then:
The teak all around was painted, windows were resealed, an additional bilge pump was installed. 2 New batteries (05/2022), New water tank, 120L Engine original Volvo
It is possible to take over the berth (Eemdijk).
The boat is not registered. There are no registration papers available.
Known defects: no refrigerator and stove. There is a spot osmosis voprming visible on the deck. The toilet pump is defective.
Sails, mainsail and genoa in reasonably good condition.
This boat is sold under general auction conditions.
