The Carter 39 Racing is a fast sailing vessel with sail number NED 5569. Previously it has sailed many races and won prizes. The boat has had an IMS measurement number in the past. But the ship is also just a spacious boat that the current owner will sell to a successor after 30 years and many voyages. The basis is good and if the new owner puts some love into it he can have many years of sailing pleasure for an affordable price. It is a wonderful ship, fast sailor and still plenty of room to stay inside. The Carter was last out of the water in 2020 for maintenance and antifouling. The boat has some defects including : faulty battery chargers, the batteries are bad and the hull has paint damage.
