Historical renovated cabin sailboat. Type Simplexus by the Frisian boat builder J. K. Gipon. The original construction drawings are present and are also in good condition. Sailing boat is completely restored. Boat is completely ready to sail Everything is like new or restored it's really a picture. The boat has a 5 mm thick coating and is therefore maintenance free after the renovation Boat has never even been in the water. Some details: * Brass portholes are also new * Cabin completely renovated including new roof * New toilet * New self-draining cockpit * Almost unused outboard engine 4 hp Yamaha has had up to 20 hours.
